Put the block of wood on the bent-outward portion of the track and then use the mallet to straighten it. Repeat the process on the other side of the track, depending on the need. The first thing you have to do is retract the roller wheels and give the panel a light push to see if the panel will come free. If it does, you need an assistant to help remove the panel and then place it on a flat surface. Once the panel has been removed, it is time to inspect it for any signs of damage.
Once you've done that you can now begin working on the rollers themselves. Once you've removed the old ones, make a note of their style and dimensions, so that when you replace them you can be sure they're a perfect match.
It's possible that there's no obvious damage to the rollers, and they just need lubricating. If this is the situation, spray some silicone-based lubricant over the rollers and try sliding the panel again.
In more serious situations, the bogies which sit underneath the rollers may fail or the tracks they run on will break. In this scenario, the entire track will have to be replaced.
